Sir Roger Moore: We arrived in the middle of the night after the most appalling journey from Nice via Vienna, where we had to wait for eight hours, arriving at the Dubrovnik airport around one or two in the morning, and after a fairly nail-biting journey to the hotel we collapsed into our beds.

For me it all began long ago, in 1971, when I went with my dog in search of this mysterious underground substance, without any expert knowledge about it. Since then, I have found one tonne in total of the Tuber Magnatum Pico white truffle.
