Eduard Kolić, General Manager, Brijuni National Park

The Maker intended to shape a part of the Earth to the image of Heaven. That is how Istria came into being, like a garden covered with magnificent trees and vast meadows, washed by the deep blue sea, appealing people to a happier life. But the jealous devil destroyed his work by tearing the bag in which the angel was carrying the unused stones.

For nearly twenty years, the Croatian national carrier Croatia Airlines has been connecting Croatian cities to major European capitals and, from there, to the entire world. We believe that a pleasant flight onboard a Croatia Airlines aircraft is an additional reason for a visit to our beautiful country. Making our passengers feel comfortable and safe on our flights is our own contribution to the development of Croatian tourism and the country’s economy as a whole.
Amazing Croatia
Jakov Sedlar, Film director
Five Stars Croatia Issue 4 — April 01, 2009.
And wherever I go, Croatia is with me... that is the ending of a poem by Drago Ivanišević into which the poet had pressed everything possible by a man who loves the country, that had given rise to him, immensely. It seems that all the hidden strength of the generations which longed for freedom and independence, and never lived to see all the things we as a nation have today, is enshrined in that poem.

Croatia is once again taking its place among the most fashionable destinations of Europe. Its architecture the best preserved its charming cities and the most unspoilt nature.
