From what year do the oldest preserved pennant and coat of arms of medieval fortified Gradec, today’s Upper City in Zagreb, date?

The oldest preserved pennant of Gradec is from the first half of the 13th century, and the oldest preserved coat of arms of Gradec date from the year 1499. The coat of arms is made of stone in which a portrayal of the Luxembourgian lion supporting the arms is carved. Once held in the Chapel of St. Sebastian it is today kept in the Museum of the City of Zagreb.
